At Venditosea every product is custom-made to order especially for you the moment you place your purchase. Due to the personalized nature of our items, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, wrong sizing, or color selection.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your item arrives manufacturing-defective, damaged during transit, or with a severe print misprint, don't worry! We will gladly send you a free replacement or issue a full refund.

To claim your replacement or refund, please contact us within 14 days of delivery by sending an email to
venditosea.soporte@gmail.com with the following details:- Your order number.
- Clear photos of the product showcasing the damage or print error.
- A photo of the shipping label on the package.
You do not need to mail the damaged item back to us unless explicitly requested.
